Steve is a primary point of contact for Janas providing initial consultation, support for Mergers & Acquisitions, value enhancement, and project management.

Steve is an M&A Advisor and Investment Banker with extensive experience in Manufacturing, Distribution and Service Companies: Aerospace, Defense, Automotive, Electronics, Medical Devices, Capital Equipment, Fashion, Healthcare, and Wholesale Import to Big Box Retailers.

Steve recognized that all companies deserve qualified M&A representation, including those that do not meet Janas criteria. He negotiated and manages a relationship between Janas and a large Business Brokerage that allows cross referral of clients based on transaction size and client needs.

As a Project Director, he was trained by an international consulting firm. Steve has directed engagements for more than 55-Companies in financial and organizational improvement.

His professional experience of more than three decades includes leadership roles as an Investment banker, Consultant, Business Owner, Managing Director, Project Director, Vice President of Finance, and Sales and Marketing Manager.

Steve has advised and assisted clients in the acquisition and sale of business and obtained private equity and venture capital debt and equity. He served clients during corporate structuring, planning and transactions. Evaluating investment opportunities has included financial modeling, organizational restructuring and due diligence services. Steve directed the restructuring of a $50m Healthcare Practice into distinct business entities to include negotiations among principals and investors to avoid legal entanglements. He has made multiple presentations to diverse audiences on Profit and Loss and key organizational issues.
