Sean Morrisroe has worked with corporate executives and individual business owners for two decades. He advises on Mergers & Acquisitions and strategies to enhance growth. Sean has an in-depth understanding of company value drivers. His experience has resulted in increased EBITDA, created new service lines, and launched successful joint ventures. Sean has negotiated all aspects of the M&A process. He is accomplished at working strategically to maximize shareholder value through acquisitions, divestitures, partnerships, and implementation of operational efficiencies.

Sean has knowledge in a variety of industries from manufacturing to veterinary services. He has in-depth Healthcare M&A experience on both the buy-side and the sell-side. For the past 8 years, Sean worked in the Healthcare Industry with the M&A teams of public companies acquiring, divesting, and developing Urgent Care Centers, Imaging Centers, Acute Care Hospitals, Physician Groups, and Ambulatory Surgery Centers.

After serving 10 years in the US Marine Corps, Sean attended UC Irvine, UCLA, and the London School of Economics. He has worked at Investment Banks, Business Valuation Firms, and Public Companies.
