Bio

Peter has successfully served clients internationally for more than three decades in both debt and equity cross-border transactions. He has completed transactions in USA, UK, Europe and southern Africa. He is a resourceful problem solver and an outstanding deal maker.

Peter has served clients internationally for more than 30 years. Peter has extensive experience dealing with privately owned companies in advising on financing and M&A transactions. He has served as a principal investor in private companies. He advises on asset-backed lending transactions and structures lending solutions to mid-market companies seeking alternative sources of finance.

In 2000, Peter became in-house legal counsel in London with UK based Carphone Warehouse Group PLC where he led strategic investment transactions and gained experience in the public company environment. Peter was with the company through its IPO and floatation on the main board of the London Stock Exchange. The company subsequently entered the FTSE 100.

Peter was a founding partner of Frontiers Capital that raised and managed a regulated US$80mm fund of which Carphone Warehouse Group PLC was the lead investor. Peter led the acquisition of Frontiers Capital by Concord Group, a private investment company which he co-founded.

Peter has had the benefit of acting both as principal investor and advisor on Private Equity investments across multiple geographies and sectors including live entertainment, consumer credit, maritime, aviation, and oil & gas. Peter has gained significant experience in both debt and equity cross-border debt and equity transactions.​
