David is a proven interim CEO and Efficiency Consultant, trained by the author of Six Sigma. He enhances the value of both Public and Private Manufacturing and Distribution companies by implementing Best Practices using the tools available to the client.
With over sixty engagements under his belt, David has provided his expertise to Private Equity Group portfolio companies operating in Manufacturing and Distribution. His fresh perspective, honed by extensive training and experience, has proven invaluable to clients. David has served various divisions of esteemed companies such as Safran Aerospace, TriMas Aerospace, Honeywell, GE Aerospace, and Kellstrom Defense. Notably, David transformed a division of Beacon Industries from being UTC’s “worst supplier” to a “Gold Supplier.”
