Mark Atchity founded JCC Capital Markets, LLC with support from Janas on the principles of transparency, discipline and teamwork. Janas and JCC have assembled a team with broad experience. Offerings have included energy, biotech, agriculture, manufacturing, real estate, and distribution. Mark has assisted companies with equity, debt and mezzanine financing from many sources, including traditional lenders, private equity, the Registered Investment Advisor and Family Office communities, independent Broker/Dealer network, and in certain instances, crowdfunding.

Mark joined forces with Janas to found JCC Capital Markets, LLC which become a FINRA Member and serves as the securities firm for client transactions completed by Janas. He pursues his entrepreneurial ambitions along with Janas.

JCC Capital Markets, LLC was formed to provide Janas Investment Banking clients with access to equity and debt capital sources and pursue Mergers & Acquisitions. JCC leverages Mark’s many years of Financial Industry management and contacts to provide a sophisticated view of Middle Market transactions.
