Bio

Lee Rigney has in-depth experience in the Renewable or Transformational Energy Industry, including finance, tax partnerships, Mergers & Acquisitions, and the development of innovative companies.

Lee has been an Investment Banker, M&A Advisor, Innovative Entrepreneur, Consultant, and CEO/Business Owner with four decades of experience. He has held senior positions in major banks prior to founding, growing, and selling his Renewable Energy company.

He has financed more than two Giga Watts of power projects. He assisted in establishing several innovative approaches to the transformation of the Energy Industry to a clean, renewable platform. Lee has been deeply involved in developing and financing Solar, Wind, Geothermal, and Liquid fuels enterprises.

At Janas, he works as a vital part of the Janas Team related to both sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions for renewable or transformative energy companies. Lee is talented at recognizing the future value of business enterprises and working with companies to enhance and highlight their full value.

Lee credits his past successes to identifying organizational strengths and weaknesses, working collaboratively with management teams, and focusing on both the big picture and the details. With this insight, Lee applies knowledge of the industry, the markets, and the customers to improve the strategic focus for our consulting clients or sharpen the acquisition focus for our buy-side clients.
