Michael Goldman joins JANAS Associates as Managing Director, bringing over three decades of diverse business experience. His expertise in middle-market acquisitions and divestitures spans entertainment, consumer products, retail, and restaurants (Michael founded the Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. Restaurant Chain). Prior to JANAS, Michael held senior roles at Paramount Pictures and successfully led his own digital media company. He is a graduate of UCLA and The Wharton School of Business at UPenn.

Tom Drucker, also appointed Managing Director at JANAS, offers a unique blend of skills bridging clinical psychology and business with a focus on successful leadership and organizational change. Early in his career, Tom led global teams at Xerox when reporting to the Chairman. Tom then founded Consultants in Corporate Innovation, serving prestigious clients such as VCA Veterinary, Google, and Walt Disney. Tom is a graduate of The Anderson Business School at UCLA.
