George is a highly experienced professional renowned for his expertise in executing complex deals with over 35 years in investment banking. Having worked with Wall Street’s premier houses like Paine Webber, Dean Witter Reynolds, Prudential Securities, and Crowell Weedon & Company, he earned trust in opening and expanding West Coast operations. 

George’s career includes establishing and managing growth for Prudential Securities and Ernst & Young, showcasing an entrepreneurial flair. Specializing in mergers, acquisitions, and growth financing for middle-market companies, he led a team at Ernst & Young that executed $750 million in transactions. As the Managing Director and CFO of Vantis Capital Management, overseeing a $1.4 billion hedge fund, George handled financial reporting, internal controls, operations, and risk management. 

George currently serves as a Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee for Quality Systems, a $3 billion market cap public company.
