Bio

Eric has more than 20 years of experience as an Operational Executive who has advised client companies on improvements to achieve profitable growth.

He has established a reputation as a builder of company profitability resulting in significant enhancement of Enterprise Value. Eric implements strategic culture change, systemic, and organizational improvements to enhance profitability. Clients include both private and public companies.

An engineer by education and experience, Eric brings his in-depth knowledge to Merger & Acquisition transactions. His experience includes manufacturing, aerospace engine and fuel system components, medical products, and semi-conductor components.

Eric has an international, military, and commercial manufacturing background that ft into the experience and skills of Janas and our professional team.

Eric holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from SUNY College, Buffalo, and an MBA from California State University – Long Beach. He is a graduate of Meggitt’s Leadership Development Program at Oxford. He understands the practical application of Lean, Six Sigma, and Theory of Constraints methodologies.
