Bio

Dick Gregerson is the President of Janas Associates and Janas Consulting. He brings a track record of strategic and financial development of mid-sized companies through acquisition and internal growth. His more than three decades of experience includes investment banking, consulting and finance and accounting as a CFO. At Janas Associates, he has achieved above market multiples for numerous sell-side engagements.

Dick has an in-depth knowledge of finance, operations and the creative drive to think outside the box. He has structured deals that consistently provide expanded returns for stakeholders.

He has managed award-winning manufacturing facilities, created successful startups and directed a series of lucrative acquisitions. Dick has successfully competed in the cosmetics and beauty industry, automotive parts and accessories, industrial products, consumer products packaging, B2B e-commerce and advertising media. During his long career at Janas, he has directed a substantial number of Merger & Acquisition assignments, including transactions in medical products, petroleum distribution, specialty manufacturing, auto parts manufacturing and distribution, electronic card manufacturers, and others.

Dick gained his post-MBA finance and acquisition training at W. R. Grace & Company where he specialized in consumer and automotive specialty businesses. At The Allen Group, he mastered in-depth financial analysis, public reporting, operations planning, and international taxation, and served as Director of Planning. As CFO of The Equion Corporation and Caliber Packaging, Dick directed nine successful acquisitions that built both companies into highly profitable $150 million multinationals.
