David received his Six Sigma and Manufacturing Lean training from the founder of Six Sigma. He has actively led more than 60 Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma projects.

During his C Suite leadership and consulting career, he has led and completed more than 25 successful Buy Side and Sell Side transactions.

David comes from a Consulting and C-Suite background in Manufacturing and Logistics with emphasis on Aerospace & Defense and other manufacturing companies. As CEO of SAFRAN Seats, he implemented a turnaround and instituted transformational leadership for a business that consistently lost more than $150 million a year into a profitable business. This was the biggest financial improvement ever achieved for a SAFRAN/Zodiac business.

As President of TriMas Aerospace, he increased revenues and tripled profitability.

As a senior executive at Honeywell, David built a solid reputation for growing revenue and profitability. He reversed and enhanced operations that had underperforming bottom lines, poor on-time delivery, deep customer dissatisfaction, and long cycle times.

As a consultant for Kellstrom Defense, David implemented a synergistic consolidation plan for five recently acquired businesses.

David served as General Manager for Beacon Industries turnaround operations and significantly increased cash flow, profitability, on-time delivery. and product quality. He reversed “worst supplier” rating for UTC and achieved coveted “Gold Supplier “status.

David has joined Janas Consulting during the pandemic that challenges numerous manufacturers to retain profitability and EBITDA. In cooperation with colleagues at Janas, David leads assignments to enhance operations and profitability.​
