Tom switched his PhD studies from clinical psychology to business where he researched successful leadership attributes, studied process improvement methodologies, and the science of change management so that a company’s culture could become a competitive advantage.

Having successfully revitalized a computer company he acquired, Tom led a global team at Xerox to develop digital strategies and training programs for 220,000 associates, facilitating the adoption of modern office technologies.

Post-Xerox, he founded Consultants in Corporate Innovation, serving clients such as VCA Veterinary, Google, and Walt Disney. Tom specializes in accelerating the growth of privately held companies, preparing them for sale, and collaborating with senior executives to enhance EBITDA with reduced stress.
