This latter option has been especially appealing for owners seeking to remain with the business but mitigate the risks, while still participating in the rewards associated with potential growth opportunities. .
After obtaining an MBA, he spent time with an international consulting company where he directed engagements in Financial and Organizational improvement, presenting owners with valuation enhancement options.
