With over 30 years of international experience, Peter excels in cross-border transactions involving both debt and equity. His successful track record spans the USA, UK, Europe, and southern Africa. Peter is a resourceful problem solver and a skilled deal maker, specializing in advising privately owned companies on financing and M&A transactions. As a principal investor, he has actively contributed to private companies’ growth. 

Peter also served as in-house legal counsel for Carphone Warehouse Group PLC in London, overseeing strategic investment transactions and playing a key role in the company’s IPO and subsequent inclusion in the FTSE 100. A founding partner of Frontiers Capital, Peter led its acquisition by Concord Group, showcasing his proficiency in managing regulated funds. 

Peter’s diverse expertise encompasses sectors like live entertainment, consumer credit, maritime, aviation, and oil & gas, making him a versatile figure in both debt and equity cross-border transactions.
