Lee has been an Investment Banker, M&A Advisor, Innovative Entrepreneur, Consultant, and CEO/Business Owner with four decades of experience. He has held senior positions in major banks before founding, growing, and selling his Renewable  Energy company. 

He is a vital part of the Janas Team related to M&A transactions for Renewable or Transformative Energy companies. Lee is talented at recognizing the future value of business enterprises and enhancing their full value.
