Dick serves as the CEO of both Janas Associates and Janas Consulting, Inc. With a career spanning over two decades, he has provided strategic and financial guidance to mid-size companies, assisting them in navigating both prosperous and challenging periods. Dick has held the position of CFO in both public and private companies, played a pivotal role in founding two startup companies, and served as a strategy consultant and investment banker for over 200 businesses.

He believes that numerous successful middle-market companies have devised unique strategies to outshine their larger competitors and attract customers.
