Bart has in depth experience in the Aerospace and Defense Industry and other manufacturers, including mergers & acquisitions, finance, turnaround and operations.

Bart Webb is an M&A advisor, innovative entrepreneur and tumaround CEO with 25 years of experience in middle market Aerospace, Manufacturing, Engineering and MRO companies. In addition to multiple transactions as an M&A Advisor, Bart has been active in management of both public and private companies since 1991. He bought, managed, grew and sold an Aerospace and Defense manufacturer to an international conglomerate in 2010.

Bart is talented at recognizing the niche value of business enterprises and crafting a compelling story for presentation to potential buyers. He accesses strategic and financial buyers that possess the highest likelihood of entering into and closing a transaction for the benefit of Janas clients.

At Janas, he has served as a vital part of teams related to both sell side and buy side M&A transactions for Aerospace manufacturers. He has also consulted with Aerospace companies whose owners are preparing for exit.

Bart has in-depth experience in the Aerospace and Defense Industry, Manufacturing, Engineering, MRO, and Global Distribution and is knowledgeable concerning Federal and California business and environmental laws. Bart credits his past successes to identifying organizational strengths and weaknesses, evaluating unique certifications, production and service capabilities, and proprietary rights in design and process.
