Janas Consulting welcomes Jim Jacobs as Managing Director - 07/27/09

Janas Consulting Inc. is pleased to announce the addition of Jim Jacobs to its professional staff. Jim joined the firm as Managing Director and will focus on Turnaround Consulting and Interim Management.

As the Principal in Jacobs & Associates, a Management Consulting firm established in 1982, Jim provided financial, management and turnaround consulting services to numerous clients. He served in such diverse positions as interim CEO, COO and CFO for clients in the food processing, apparel, entertainment, telecom and consumer products industries. Jim previously served as an executive with Ford Motor Co., Max Factor, Dart Industries, and Dart & Kraft. His Entertainment Industry work included a joint venture of Matsushita, General Electric, Thorn EMI and JVC.  His experience also includes strategic planning, financing and merger and acquisition planning.Jim brings a depth of management skills to his Janas Consulting, Inc. clients. He may be reached at jj@janascorp.com or 626.432.7000.
