Michael LeRoy has joined Janas as a Managing Director - 11/1/2009

Mike Leroy has joined Janas Associates and Janas Consulting as a Managing Director. He previously founded Crown Capital Advisors where his client services included mergers and acquisitions and consulting, including expert witness assignments. Mike has consulted on numerous litigation support projects involving financial, accounting, economic, fraud investigation, valuation, liability and damage issues and he has testified on numerous occasions.

He was Chief Operating Officer of Biner Ellison Packaging Systems, a manufacturer of packaging machinery and was a Managing Director of Huntington Holdings, Inc., a private merchant banking firm. Mike was a Partner at Price Waterhouse for nineteen years. He dealt with a wide variety of businesses and he participated in the Entrepreneurial Services Group.

Mike serves or has served on numerous public and private company Boards of Directors.
