Frequently
Asked Questions |
|
Q |
How
does
Janas Associates conduct the sale of a company? |
|
A |
The
Janas approach involves gaining an understanding of the company, its
market, competition, history, present situation and future
prospects. Financial records are analyzed, deconstructed, and recast
to provide a true picture of cash flows and net worth. A
Confidential Business Review is written to provide buyer candidates
a succinct and lucid view of the company. Candidates are identified
and approached to elicit serious buying interest. Janas then manages
the negotiations to complete the transaction with the buyer and
seller in coordination with their legal counsel and CPA firm.
