Wu Jun has served as an
executive in several private, public and state owned enterprises (SOE’s)
in the Peoples Republic of China and Hong Kong. He has experience in
the sale of companies and in taking a large manufacturer public. He
is a Managing Director of Janas Associates
(Hong Kong), Ltd. and Janas
Associates (China), Ltd., and he manages these offices.
Wu Jun served as Deputy General
Manager of Elec & Eltek Co., Ltd., a producer of Printed Circuit
Boards. The company was a Hong Kong – Sino Joint Venture Entity in
China. He was in charge of manufacturing operations.
He was General Manager of Guangdong
Kaiping Chunhui Co, Ltd. (“Chunhui”), an SOE that he managed toward
a successful Initial Public Offering (IPO) in 2000 that raised
approximately USD 70 million. The company is listed on the Shenzhen
Stock Exchange in China. Chunhui produces polyester fibers.
Wu Jun served as Deputy General
Manager of Kaiping Polyester Enterprises Co., an SOE affiliate of
Chunhui. He was responsible for the Restructuring Department of the
company and oversaw a major expansion. The Company is a manufacturer
of synthetic materials including polyester and nylon.
He is a General Management Consultant
for Times Management System Co., Ltd. The firm specializes in China
in services to companies relating to their manufacturing processes.

Wu Jun holds a Bachelors Degree in
Earthquake Technology from China Geology University; a Masters
Degree in Economics from Jinan University; and a Doctor of Business

one-year course in Western Business Practices at California State
University, Los Angeles.
