Louis H. Mowbray is a  Business Development professional with Janas Associates and a California Commercial Real Estate Broker. He has more than 35-years of diversified experience in banking, commerce and consulting. His focus is on introduction of new clients, underwriting, cash management, and implementation of foreign trade lines of credit.

Strong analytical skills provide Lou with the ability to visualize client challenges and develop strategic solutions. He is adept at negotiations, analysis of company challenges, and solving financial problems. An out-of-the-box thinker, he brings resourceful approaches to client companies seeking to improve their profitability.

As an officer of Security Pacific Bank, Lou formulated and executed a sales increase of more than 400% in one year. He also developed and implemented incentive plans for computer and cash management products resulting in a more focused sales approach. He managed merchant credit card services and debt financing products including asset based/inventory financing. He has worked with client companies with sales revenues ranging from $2 million to $250 million.

Lou began his career at Union Bank, where he served in various lending and marketing capacities. At the time of his departure, he was Vice President of Corporate Banking in charge of business services.

During the last 14 years, Lou has been an independent financial business management and sales consultant for various service, manufacturing and distributing companies. He has also been active with non profit organizations, coordinating the financing for construction of three new educational buildings.

Lou earned a B.S. degree from California State University Northridge (CSUN) and currently serves on the CSUN foundation Board of Directors and Executive Committee.
