Greg Lunde, CMC, is a Managing Director of Janas Associates. He has more than 30 years of consulting and executive level strategy experience with national and international business in the advanced technology, aerospace, energy, banking, insurance, and international business sectors, with US Federal and State agencies, and with non-profit institutions and associations.

Greg is adept in helping clients to explore where they want their business to be in the next three to six months, the next 1-3 years, and beyond. Numerous grow/ buy/sell factors are considered to meet ownership goals and objectives.

Greg began his business career began at 3M Company Headquarters, and launched his management consulting career in the mid-1970’s. He structured a complex $45 million financial strategy for the first cogeneration project in the US. He provided vital strategic management consulting and leadership direction to North Dakota State and Federal executive office leaders.

As a senior corporate consultant at the Hughes Aircraft Company, Los Angeles, Greg produced advanced technology business and marketing strategies. His responsibilities focused on commercial business product development and investment, pricing, and total quality practices for the emerging space business. As VP/Director of Strategic Planning for the Bank of North Dakota, Greg led the Touche Ross recommended “Strategic Plan and Planning Process” that integrated Lending, Administration and Finance, and Retail and Operations group (component) strategies into a computerized bank-wide plan.

Greg successfully sold his start-up management consultant service mark, PolyCentric Strategies, Inc., to Digital Equipment Corporation. This sale inspired another trademarked start-up, COLLIGATED Solutions and Systems, www.colligated.com. He advances a thorough and detailed strategy that is designed for rapid and profitable use.

As a member of the Institute of Management Consultants, Greg became a Certified Management Consultant and completed his PhD at the Southern California Institute in 1991. He was a University Fellow in the Dual-Degree Program at the Claremont Graduate University and completed the MBA / MA in 1983 and 1989. He is a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors and has served on association, educational and institutional Boards.
